The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has a commercial services requirement for parking lot spaces in Washington, DC at the same location as NTSB HQ located at the following address: 490 L'Enfant Plaza, SW, Washington, DC. The requirement for parking lot spaces consists of 43 "Single" style parking spaces, 68 "Piggyback" style parking spaces, and 10 chaser tickets. These parking spaces are in support of the NTSB Headquarters authorized employees at this facility. These services will be required for a twelve (12) month period starting approximately September 1, 2010. NTSB plans to award this Contract on a sole source basis to Colonial Parking, who is the only source, co-located with this facility. The authority is only one responsible source 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by NTSB.
