The work to be performed under this contract is located at 10425 Norden Ave. includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for Mather Airport Critical Equipment Replacement Program Generator Replacement For Tower And Airfield Lighting. This Project will include the replacement of the existing backup power generators at the Airfield Lighting Vault and the Air Traffic Control Tower, as well as, make other airfield electrical infrastructure improvements. The project will also add a security fence to surround the Air Traffic Control Tower and make modifications to the existing fencing surrounding the Airfield Lighting Vault. A pre-bid conference and walk-through will not be held. See Appendix E of the special provisions for photo walk-through. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $2,200,000.00 CONTRACTOR’S CALIFORNIA LICENSE AND/OR CLASS REQUIRED: Class A THIS PROJECT IS NOT AN AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (AIP) FUNDED PROJECT Please direct pre-bid questions to the Project Manager Maria Real, Sacramento County Architectural Services Division by E-mail at [email protected].
