The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton CT intends to award a sole source purchase order to B L Systems, Inc. for (one) CEMB Intrumentation Upgrade Kit, Model B11 for the Naval Submarine Support Facility in Groton, CT.  This purchase will be done utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition procedures authorized under FAR 6.302-1.  the anticipated award date is 30 September 2013.  This notice is not a request for offers.  A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
