This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6685-01-140-6604, Thermostat, Temperate.  The requirement is being solicited as a Woman Owned Small Business Set-aside basis.  The approved source is Ontic engineering, Inc., CAGE 45934, under part number 129642-1-1 and Honeywell International, Inc., CAGE 59364, under part number 129642-1-1and Service Sales, Inc., CAGE 59915, under part number 129642-1-1.  Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods.  Estimated annual demand quantity is 18 each per base year and each option years.  Surge requirements do not apply.  Required delivery is 233 days ARO.  FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required.  Export Control does apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is required.  FAT will apply.
