This procurement is 100% set aside for small bsuiness.

The response date listed above is an estimate.  The solicitation will be available approximately 15 days after this notice is posted on this website, The Commerce Business Daily and in Fed Biz Ops on or about the issue date of the solicitation of 13 September 2013.  The solicitation will not be available until the issue date.  

All interested parties may submit an offer.

Based on market research the Government is not utilizing the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items, in it's solicitation for the described supplies and services.  However, interested parties may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. 

While price mayl be a significant factor in the award decision the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
