This solicitation is to be issued with the intention of awarding one Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Fixed Price contract with Option Year Pricing.  Resultant contract will have a one (1) year base period, and four (4), one (1) year option periods.  The contract will not exceed five (5) years.  

This acquisition is being processed under the authority of FAR 13.5 "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items" and therefore will utilize simplified procedures for soliciting competition, evaluation and award documentation and notification that comply with FAR 13.1.

This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Business.

The Government intends to issue award to the responsible vendor offering the lowest total evaluated price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. 

The Government intends to make an award based on initial offer; however the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if necessary.
