This addition is to clearly state that the original set-aside for this acquisition has been dissolved and the solicitation will now be unrestricted.  This notice also clearly states that the new solicitation number will be SPE4A613R0924.  Finally, we have also changed the configuration of the Base & Option periods to one Base Period of 3 years duration and one Option Period of 2 years duration.  Any questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist assigned to this file.
