Amendment No. 3
This Amendment NO. 3 to RFP 195770 is issued to extend the proposal due date.
Due to the numerous requests for an extension of the subject RFP's due date, the complex nature of the requirement and the allowance in BSA's schedule to permit such an extension, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of BSA to extend the proposal due date.

Specifically this RFP is modified as follows:

The proposal due date is now changed to October 15, 2011 and the estimated award date is now changed to November 14, 2011.
