Request for Qualifications RFQ # 23-20 NPDES Permits Inspections The Henry County Board of Commissioners is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified consultants to provide engineering, consulting, and compliance services to assist Henry County with the Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) and associated water quality subjects. The primary task will be in complying with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and any additional services contained and described in the Scope of Work. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. RFQ’s will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on October 12, 2022. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. RFQ’s may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA.
