This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is for the purpose of acquiring Proposals from interested firms to assist the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program with inventory and inspection services related to compliance with the NPDES Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit Program, and statewide inventory and inspection of DelDOT-owned stormdrain infrastructure and stormwater best management practices (BMPs).
