Solicitation N00421-15-T-0373 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Barbour Stockwell Incorporated (BSI), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). BSI designed the existing hardware and is proprietary therefore they are the only company that can furnish the Nozzle Box (Complete).

This is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

***Basis for Award***

ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
