Notice to Bidders A. The Argo Community High School District #217 (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) will receive bids for Band Uniforms at Argo Community High School until 11:00 a.m. local time, on Friday, February 7, 2020, at the Office of Argo Community High School District #217, 7329 West 63rd Street, Summit, IL 60501. B. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the time noted above. C. Bid Documents may be obtained by Bidding Contractors from Argo Community High School District, attention: Lynn Hoffmeister, 708-467-5514 or [email protected], or on the district website www.argohs.net D. The Contractor shall pay, if applicable, not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established, to all laborers, workmen and mechanics in the performance of Work under this Contract in accordance with "An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other employed under contracts of Public Works." 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.
