The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (JPB or Agency) anticipates releasing the above-titled request for proposals (RFP) in Fall of 2021. The JPB intends to retain professional engineering services from the highest-ranked and qualified Proposer to provide services for the Final Design Plan, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) phase of the Mountain View Grade Separation Project. Upon completion of the PS&E phase, as an optional service, the JPB may request the selected consultant to provide support services during utilities relocation, right of way work, and Design Support during Construction (DSDC). If approved by the JPB’s Board of Directors, the successful Proposer will execute an Agreement for a two-year base term with up to four (4), one-year option terms for the optional services.
