The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (JPB or Agency) anticipates releasing the above-titled request for proposals on October 18, 2022. The procurement seeks proposals from qualified, California licensed general contractors (Proposers or Contractors) to provide Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) services (Services) for the Mountain View Transit Center Grade Separation and Access Project (Project). The Agency, subject to Board of Directors' Approval, intends to award a Contract with the Successful Proposer for a one- (1) year term for the Pre-construction Phase, with a three-(3) year term option for the Construction Phase.
