NOTICE OF LAND FOR SALE The City of Corsicana (“City”) is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of the real property described below. If you are interested in the process, please submit a sealed bid to the City Manager, City of Corsicana Administration, 200 North 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas on or before December 21, 2020. The bids must contain the purchase price and other material terms and conditions of the offer to purchase the property. A minimum bid of $8,000 is required. The bid shall be awarded to the highest bid that proposes to construct a single-family dwelling on the site within one year. Bids may also be submitted by email at [email protected]. The bids will be opened on December 21, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the City Manager, City of Corsicana, Administration, 200 North 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas, 75110.
