INFORMATION The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA., intends to procure a Sparky Hazard House from ModelTech International. Qualified persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or by submitting a proposal. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
