The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis,  American Metal Market (AMM), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance is one year.

This requirement is for an annual subscription (online) to American Metal Market. The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) requires the subscription for specialized information service that provides an news, insights, event notices, pricing, and trend analysis for the U.S. ferrous (and to a lesser extent, nonferrous) industries and markets. This is the leading and often first perused source of information for most NRE metals analysts for keeping abreast of domestic industry developments. (Many NRE analysts check the website daily.)

The subscription includes a searchable archive and historical price series. These historical price series are easy to access and allow direct downloading of data into Excel spreadsheets, something not available with offerings from other vendors. A similar, comprehensive source of detailed domestic metals information is not available elsewhere
