The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract for TeamMate Audit Management Software and Maintenance (that includes, Risk-Based Auditing, Electronic Work-paper Management, Audit Issue Tracking, Audit Committee Reporting, and Time and Expense Reporting). CFTC currently uses the TeamMate software at its offices in Washington, DC and Chicago, IL. TeamMate is proprietary software that is only provided by the manufacturer, CCH Group (Commercial Clearing House) DBA Wolters Kluwer.

The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR Part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by 3:00pm EST, July 28, 2015. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. If no affirmative written responses are received by the response date award will be made without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
