This is a Notice of Intent to award Single Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Brownells, Incorporated, located at 200 S Front St, Montezuma, Iowa 12238 under the basis of authority of FAR 6.302-1 for weapon’s tool in support of the Marine Corp Shooting Team in Quantico. Brownells, Incorporated can satisfy the agency requirement for this type of supply. A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
