The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to goTenna., 81 Willoughby St, 4th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201, a small business concern, for a goTenna Pro X Deployment Kit w/UHF and VHF Antenna and Worldwide Voltage compatibility and extended warranty. This special notice is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agency requirements. The purchase price is estimated at $30,660.00, including all manufacturing and delivery at the 188th Wing.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for at least fifteen (15) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
