The U. S. International Trade Commission (Commission) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Purchase Order to West Publishing Corporation, d/b/a A Thomson Reuters Business, (West Publishing) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The USITC anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to West Publishing for an annual subscription to its Case Notebook software product, for up to 25 users at the Commission. Case Notebook is a centralized, electronic case repository that allows users to access essential case information, notes, and analysis in a single place. Case Notebook also provides robust administrative tools and allows collaboration across a team with network access. Additionally, the Commission uses the software for real-time text transcripts during depositions.
The anticipated period of performance to be included in the Purchase Order is one year, beginning on October 1, 2020, and will include two, one-year option years which, if exercised, performance would be for a total of 36 months, to end on September 30, 2023.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. Interested organizations may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting a capability statement, which will be considered by the agency, within five days after the date of publication of this notice.
