The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Metal Bulletin Holdings LLC. 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is for an annual subscription license (online) to American Metal market and Metal Bulletin news information provided by Metal Bulletin Holdings LLC, 707 Grant ST STE 1340 , Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219. See attached Justification and Approval for more details. 
 

The period of performance is one year from the date of award.
