The U. S. International Trade Commission intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Lexagri International 72, rue Georges de Mestral, 74166 St Julien en Genevois, France; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 

The U.S. International Trade Commission requires the subscription for specialized information on dataset related to global pesticide Maximum Residue Levels (MRL) for an ongoing fact-finding study.  Lexagri International’s Homologa database can meet this requirement.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.  A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
