This RFP is being issued on a sole source basis to GE Aviation Systems (Cage 35351), due to ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVCES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
