The Department of the Treasury, IRS, Office of Treasury Procurement Services (OS:PR:T) intends to issue a purchase order under the authority of FAR 8.405-6, on a sole source basis to VitalSmarts LC for 249 Comprehensive Conflict Communication licenses for SES, GS-15 and GS-14 populations. The materials must meet one or more of the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ's) for Senior Executive Service (SES) and Treasury Strategic Goals to close a critical leadership skills gap.
All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to accommodate this requirement, within 3 days of this publication, by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at [email protected] or the Contract Specialist at [email protected].
