Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to issuea sole source modification to contract N65236-04-D-6842 with L-3 Services,Ince., Marlton, NJ, to increase the ceiling by $12,000,000 and extend theperiod of performance an additional six (8) months (through 30 November 2011)to allow time to award a competitive follow-on contract. The contract coverssystems engineering support for the design, development, installation, testing,analysis, and maintenance of complete C4ISR systems and equipment for variouscustomers, as defined by the current Performance Work Statement (PWS).
