Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB) in Bremerton, Washington intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to U.S. Arkray, Inc. for consumables and service agreement on the AUTION MAX AX-4280 Urine Chemistry Analyzer currently located at NHB Laboratory. This award will be in made in accordance with authority FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  U.S. Arkray, Inc. is the incumbent contractor for the current contract and is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide equipment maintenance/repair services and required consumables to operate the analyzer.
