This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Patricio Enterprises pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The U.S. Marine Corps intends on receiving MARSOC Consolidated Issue Facility (MCIF) services in support of Class II Clothing and Equipment/Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supply inventory management and associated support. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 8:00 AM 17 February 2017, EST by email to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within
the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
