# 8-TC-2008-328 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The 37th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to VS Visual Statement, Inc., to purchase: - One each-3-D Animation (#APS000601), - One Each-FX 3 Recon Site License up to 25, (#APS000550), - Three-each- Total Station Nikon NPL-352 Reflectorless (#APS001070), - One each- Five-Day Closed Training Course (#APS00728), - One Each- Annual Maintenance #APS000002 This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 26 May 08. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
