This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Kanalu pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one source is capable of responding to satisfy the agency's requirements. The US Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) intends to procure services to modify (6) Personal Water Craft (PWC) in support of the Combat Craft Light (CCL) project. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
