This notice is issued for informational purposes only.

GSA intends to add Open Market Shipping and Handling to a Schedule procurement for 6,172 EA BICON containers as part of a total solution required by the Government.  BICON Containers are delivered via US Flag carriers to worldwide destinations as part of a total turn key solution for Bicons.                                                                                                              

This notice is NOT a request for proposals.  The GSA solcitation for the BICON containers, issued in accordance with FAR 8.4, closed October 10, 2008.  Reference GSA e-Buy RFQ329040. 

Interested parties may respond no later than five (5) days from the date of this announcement on their capability and pricing to supply US Flag Carriers for shipping and handling. No solicitation will be issued. i However, all information received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
