USACE, Baltimore District intends to extend the current Multiple Award Environmental Service (MAES) Contract Nos: W912DR-12-D-0011, W912DR-12-D-0012, W912DR-12-D-0013, and W912DR-12-D-0014. The current contract expires 07 May 2017, and is anticipated to be extended for six (6) months to 07 Nov 2017. The additional time is required to ensure the Agency has contracts in place while the new MAES contract is being procured.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The approved Justification and Approval (J&A), for this period of performance extension will be posted following the closure of this notice.
