NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE MODIFICATION:  

The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), New Mexico intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price modification to AAA FIREPRO OF NEW MEXICO, INC., CAGE: 1L2B7, 221 Schepps Blvd Clovis, NM, 88101. AAA FirePro will be providing Urgent, unscheduled maintenance and repair to approximately 110 Amerex Wheeled Flightline Fire Extinguishers to be in compliance of the Time Compliance Technical Order within 120 days.

This modification will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 10 May 2021. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the service listed above.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
