The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell intends to award a sole source contract to SIRTEX Medical Inc for the purchase of SIR-Spheres Microspheres to perform an upcoming Y-90 radioembolization procedure.  This is a Priority 03 requirement for treatment of intermediate stage hepatocellular carcinoma.  This notice is not a solicitation of offers or request for quotes; however, all responsible sources of the prescribed product may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
