The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to M&C Associates for maintenance renewal of current Interactive Voicemail Response (IVR) System. The period of performance will be one base year consisting of twelve months.

This renewal is a sole source procurement. The purchase is for a one year maintenance and technical support to maintain (2) 48 Port Port MPS500 Systems, with Dual Hard Drives and 1 PeriPro License.

The current PBGC IVR system is based on two Nortel MPS 500 Sun/Solaris Unix servers with a legacy speech platform. These servers utilize two 48 port systems with digits-only speech and two languages (English and Spanish). The product is with no database connectivity and limited speech usage. The IVR has been used as an automated attendant versus a tool to improve service and efficiency.
