The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with VERSIONONE, INC., 6220 Shiloh Road # 400 Alpharetta, GA, 30005-1758, for a firm-fixed price purchase order for Agile - onsite support services and maintenance renewal for Lifecycle Ultimate Edition software. This software is proprietary to VERSIONONE INC., who has exclusive rights and does not authorize resellers or other entities to maintain the software in use at SSA facilities.
The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a Single Source." Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
