NOTICE OF DETERMINATION Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Highland, Lake County, Indiana, that the Town, for and on behalf of the Park District of the Town of Highland, Indiana, has determined issue its General Obligation Park Bonds, Series 2021 in the amount of not to exceed $3,300,000 to purchase various items of equipment, pay the costs of planning, construction, development and improvements of park facilities, all as more particularly described in the Declaratory Resolution adopted by the Board, for park and recreation purposes and for the benefit of the taxpayers of the District (the "Projects") and to pay the fees and costs necessary and incidental thereto.
