Washington St., Carpentersville, IL between 8:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday, the Randall Oaks Golf Clubhouse at 4101 Binnie Road, West Dundee, IL between 8:00am - 3:00pm Monday through Friday, or email request to Steve Gillie at [email protected].
