The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) intends to issue a sole source order to MasterControl, Inc., 6330 S 3000 E Suite 200, Salt Lake City, UT 84121. The objective of the contract is for Software Maintenance and Support of the existing proprietary MasterControl Software acquired as a Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software. Due to the proprietary nature of the software, the work can only be performed by the original vendor and will be a contract for maintenance.
