The King County Housing Authority will accept Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to remove and replace roof and gutters. This project is comprised of (but is not limited to) the removal, disposal and replacement of all asphalt shingles and underlayment, vents, pipe boots, all flashings, fall arrest roof anchors, gutters and downspouts and all other work items as described in the plans, specifications and scope of work. The Contractor will also provide and install a new roof access hatch and ladder system and will demo, dispose and replace all fascia and barge boards.
