THE CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF THE WARM SPRINGS RESERVATION OF OREGONIS SEEKING PROPOSALS FOR: NORTHERN SPOTTED OWL SURVEILANCE RFP P9751-V-4325 RFP Closing Date & Time: 4:00 PM, March 8, 2024The Forestry Department of the Confederated Tribes is seeking Wildlife Services for Northern Spotted Owl Monitoring Services from trained and demonstrated experienced contractors with the necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to conduct the required surveys on approximately 247,234 acres of reservation lands. Spotted owl activity centers are located in rugged, mountainous terrain; many of which are accessible by nearby roads while some may require considerable hiking or other modes of travel such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or ATV/4-wheel drive vehicle. The anticipated contract period is for 3-years and will be from about March 11, 2024 to December 31, 2026. The project contains federal funding there-by making it subject to all applicable federal regulations including but not limited to Indian Preference.
