The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm (local time), April 1, 2020 for NORTH STAR ELEMENTARY GYM SIDING REPLACEMENT, Kodiak, Alaska. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: Replacement of siding at an existing elementary school gymnasium. All work must be substantially complete not later than August 25, 2020 and final completion achieved not later than September 23, 2020. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on March 18, 2020 at 10:00 am (local time) at North Star Elementary School, 961 Mallard Way, Kodiak, Alaska. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. All interested parties are required to register in order to receive notification regarding amendments and addenda. Addenda will be posted only on the KIB website. Plan holders list will be posted on the website and updated periodically.
