The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of a geospatial database of political, economic, cultural and other government related facilities in North Korea based on local North Korean naming conventions correlated to North Korean press. The dataset should include notable facilities of leadership importance as identified North Korean press reporting as well as sites that have been identified by visual exploitation of commercial imagery. Data needs to be spatially accurate and 90% of the sites identified need to be verifiable within 5KM of the center point of the facility when validated on commercial imagery. Data is to be delivered in a compatible geospatial format including ESRI Geodatabase or another format mutually agreed to by NGA and the vendor.

The total anticipated period of performance is 1 base year plus 2 option years.  The solicitation will be issued under full and open competition.   The applicable NAICS code is 519190 and the Product Service Code is D317; size standard is $30M.   

The Government intends to award a supply contract for commercial items utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures.
