Open Market pricing will be accepted

Pricing must be for brand new products.

You must provide pricing for all services listed, partial bids will not be accepted.

All quotes must be from vendors who are authorized to service the OEM.

Government credit card is the intended method of payment; please indicate if credit card cannot be used in your quote.

Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) is the alternate method of payment, but only one quote will be accepted per vendor. Any vendor that does not accept credit card must be registered in WAWF to accept payment.

Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program.

Deviations from the above will be deemed incomplete and will not be considered.

Item must be Year 2000 Compliant and Section 508 Compliant.

The agency will award a firm-fixed price contract based on the lowest evaluated price technically acceptable quote.

Please specify delivery time and warranty in your quote.

Warranty information must include description, period of maintenance (ex 24x7, 8-5), duration and carry in, on site, or on call.
