The printer shall be able to network with multiple computers.
The printer shall accept print jobs from multiple applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Illustrator, Visio).
If a Raster Image Processor is utilized, no human interaction shall be needed to dispatch to the printer.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423410, PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES MERCHANT WHOLESALERS. The Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT ONLY. The Limited Sources Documentation is attached and on file. This solicitation number D-15-SS-0343 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2005-80. This acquisition incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the responsive, responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All quotations must be submitted electronically to
[email protected] and received by April 21, 2015 at 12:00pm Eastern Time (ET). Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading all attachments. No late submissions will be accepted.
