Request for Information (RFI):

Project Manager Soldier Weapons is conducting a market survey to identify sources/vendors capable of supplying commercially available spare part kits for Romanian manufactured weapons: md.63, md. 66 and 12.7 Machine Gun DShK(M). The Government is seeking to procure zip kits as Commercially Available items.

Requirements:

Romanian Weapon Model md.63 1:100 Zip Kit (Components provided in attached spreadsheet)

Romanian Weapon Model md.66 1:200 Zip Kit (Components provided in attached spreadsheet)

Romanian Weapon 12.7 Machine Gun DShK(M) 1:25 Zip Kit (Components provided in attached spreadsheet)

Request your company provide responses to the following questionnaire:

1. Can your company supply the required zip kits containing the components referenced in the attached spreadsheet?
2. What is the delivery lead time to supply the zip kits?
3. Describe your company's history and experience with supplying this or similar systems including the total number supplied to date.
4. What is your commercial price for the above zip kits? Any pricing data should be sent, if available, and at no cost to the U.S. Government.

Also please provide the following company information:
