The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN. The FSC for this requirement is 6135.  The Government desires to award an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) under SAT as a result of this solicitation for multi-year contract or until the aggregate total of the orders placed against the contract reaches $250,000, for the item of supply listed in the solicitation item description. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 3 years. Solicitation will be Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation will be available on January 17, 2019, at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp.  Offerors are to submit quotes with pricing and delivery for all quantity ranges and option years in accordance with the solicitation requirements to include packaging and a minimum 90 day quote validity period. The pricing provided will apply to all future delivery orders as a result of the IDC award.  Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ.
