The solicitation number is CT2216-16 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313230 - Nonwoven Fabric Mills. This requirement is a total small business set aside. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one(1) year firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the following commercial item(s): Nonwoven wool cloth for disaster blankets
