The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Sun Display Systems, LLC for switch modules listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
