Using acts provided, produce an Airshow schedule using time allotted for show.
Direct Airshow performers within the confines of the set schedule.
Act as a liaison with the FAA Representative (FSDO) and Emergency services personnel during the show.
Conduct the Airshow briefing prior to each show (mandatory for all Airshow participants) at a location provided by the Airshow sponsor.
Provide VHF/UHF radio equipment for use during the Airshow.
Provide assistance with the FAA Waiver/2535 as needed and support with the FAA FSDO. Provide continuous support and advice in the planning of the Homestead ARB Airshow.
If transportation, to, from and during the Airshow is needed that must be stated.
If lodging is needed during the Airshow that must be stated.
Any vendor that provides a service for the Government must be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration)
Any interested vendor will be required to provide a list of prior experience and possibly references.
